Freshman Year

First Year at UChicago, until we all went home for COVID

I don’t have a lot of pictures from freshman year—I’m grateful, actually. My friends and I were hardly ever on our phones, it felt like.

Carson took a lot of pride in his dining hall salad bar compositions.
I learned and became competent at Smash? Donkey Kong is my forever main.
Carson, Cody, and I took a train to Milwaukee. The Midwest landscape is indeed remarkably flat.
The Garfield Park Conservatory is the one Chicago attraction I was struck by. I definitely want to revisit.
